All products currently available for purchase on this website are canvas prints. They are reproductions of original oil paintings that I created, not one of a kind original paintings.

Canvas prints are created from high-resolution reproductions of my original paintings.

I do my best to represent each artwork as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and differences between digital displays and printed canvas.

Most made-to-order canvas prints are delivered within approximately 8–20 business days from the date of purchase, depending on size, production schedule, and destination.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Artwork is carefully packaged and protected for transportation. Larger canvas prints may require additional protective packaging.
Please contact info@mengtingdreamgallery.com as soon as possible and include your order number, clear photos of the artwork, and clear photos of the packaging.
I will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Eligible standard size canvas prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Oversized canvas prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because of the higher shipping and handling costs associated with oversized artwork, a 30% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customized canvas prints, including custom sizes or background color changes, are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
