Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mengting Dream Gallery, I want you to feel confident when choosing artwork for your home. Because each canvas print is made to order, return terms vary slightly depending on the size of the artwork.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Standard Canvas Prints
All canvas sizes not listed under Oversized Canvas Prints below are considered standard-size canvas prints.
Standard-size canvas prints may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please email info@mengtingdreamgallery.com with your order number and the artwork you would like to return or exchange.
For eligible orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.
Returned canvas prints must be in their original condition and securely packaged for return shipment. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, the approved refund or exchange will be processed.
Oversized Canvas Prints
The following canvas sizes are considered oversized for return purposes:
Oversized canvas prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For eligible oversized orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional shipping cost.
Because of the higher production, handling, and return costs associated with oversized artwork, a 30% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returned artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged for return shipment. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.
If an oversized canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the 30% return processing fee will not apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@mengtingdreamgallery.com as soon as possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed, I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Refunds will normally be issued within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
For eligible standard-size returns, there is no return shipping charge.
For oversized returns, the 30% return processing fee described above will be deducted from the refund unless the artwork arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send a return without prior authorization. Return instructions, a prepaid return shipping label when applicable, and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
