At Mengting Dream Gallery, I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork for your home. Return eligibility varies depending on the type and size of artwork purchased. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Standard-size canvas prints may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please email info@mengtingdreamgallery.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
For eligible canvas print orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.
Returned canvas prints must be in their original condition and securely packaged for return shipment. Original packaging should be used whenever possible.
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@mengtingdreamgallery.com as soon as possible.

• Clear photos of the artwork
• Clear photos of the packaging
Once the issue has been reviewed, I will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
The following canvas sizes are considered oversized for return purposes:
• 24 × 36 inches
• 30 × 40 inches
• 37 × 37 inches
• 48 × 48 inches
• 40 × 60 inches
Oversized canvas prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For oversized canvas orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, a prepaid return shipping label can be provided. Because of the higher shipping and handling costs associated with oversized artwork, a 30% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returned artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged for transit.
If an oversized canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the 30% processing fee will not apply.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Refunds will normally be issued within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Any applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees, or processing fees will be deducted from the refund unless the artwork arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
