This website is operated by Mengting Dream Gallery. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mengting Dream Gallery.
By visiting this website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced on the Site, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Online Store
Mengting Dream Gallery is an independent artist-owned online art business.
The artwork featured on the Site is created from original artwork by artist Mengting Jiang. Canvas prints offered for sale are reproductions made from original artwork and are not original oil paintings unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our canvas prints are made to order and professionally produced and fulfilled through a U.S.-based printing and fulfillment partner.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Artwork
We make reasonable efforts to display our artwork, colors, dimensions, and product information as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, device, and the printing process. Minor differences between the image displayed online and the finished canvas print are not considered defects.
Product dimensions and specifications are provided on individual product pages. Please review the selected artwork and size carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Canvas prints are produced after an order is placed.
Production, preparation, packaging, and shipping are handled through our professional printing and fulfillment partner. Depending on the artwork, size, and delivery destination, an order may be produced at different fulfillment facilities within the United States.
Mengting Dream Gallery remains your point of contact for questions regarding your order, shipping, returns, damaged items, or other customer service matters.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. Mengting Dream Gallery does not generally receive or store your complete payment card number.
Applicable taxes, when required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inability to produce or fulfill an item
• Technical or inventory-related errors
• Violation of these Terms
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, production times, estimated delivery times, tracking information, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged or defective products, incorrect orders, return shipping, processing fees, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before placing your order.
Do not send a return without contacting Mengting Dream Gallery first and receiving return authorization and instructions.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may request your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

9. Intellectual Property and Artwork Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, the artwork, images, paintings, photographs, graphics, text, logos, designs, and other original content displayed on this Site are owned by Mengting Dream Gallery, Mengting Jiang, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a canvas print gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the artwork.
You may not, without prior written permission:
• Copy or reproduce the artwork
• Create or sell reproductions of the artwork
• Use artwork or product images for commercial purposes
• Create derivative merchandise or products using the artwork
• Download or distribute high-resolution artwork files
• Represent the artwork as your own creation
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted, including lawful ownership or resale of a physical item you purchased.
10. Website Content
Information provided on the Site is intended to help customers understand our artwork and products.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current, but occasional typographical, technical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occur.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or, when necessary, cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

You may not use the Site:
